We are a company and have an agreement with outside agency for providing house keeping staff and personnel services. The house keeping staff and security personnel come and work in the premsies. The term of the Agremeent is for a year. Can you please let me know if we as a company is bound by the minimum wages Act? [B]The house keeping staff and security personnel who come and work in our premises are under the rolls of the outside agency. We make payment to outside agency directly and i believe the outside agency inturn pay the house keeping staff and security personnels
