In Factory Act, 1948, what are the latest amendments in this act and what is the procedure for getting licensing for a factory and provision for licensing?

There are 3 basic questions here.
1. Where is your location for establishing the factory? (Because State GOvt. rules prevail)
2. Nature of Industry (Any Hazhardous process ?) Rules are different
3. Latest amendments in the Act is on Atomic energy, which I hope will not have relevance to your factory. Specify how latest are you in Factories Act provisions?
