At I-Train Consultants we have had an opportunity to showcase our client servicing and training talent with companies across India. Our newest initiative has been to assist our partner companies in reducing training cost and in the process making the training initiative more scalable across the organization. Our target is to ensure that our clients are able to reduce the cost of training by up to 60%. This additional buffer that is created can be used for more customized senior level initiatives, training assessments, etc.
The proposal that we would like to share with you is for a fixed cost training budget with unlimited number of soft skill training interactions in a year. This ensures that all the people in the organization who need to be re-skilled or up-skilled get the necessary intervention without being limited by budgetary constraints.
