i m new in this community.i want to know what are the basic steps for Hr setup in new organisation.soon i have to join new company.but being hr executive i dont have much idea about it.pleaseeeeeeee kindly help me what should i do and how should i start.how to setup other department.kindly tell therules & regulations details with others leeters,notice ,letters etc samples.ITS VERY URGENT.
Also tel where should i check the replies as i dnt know how to use this community.
