It is Really Funny & Amazing to Know about this Question..

We talk about adhering the Rules & Policies Etc.,

We Live in a Country where there is a Major Exercise is Happening, In which all Indians are expected to voice their right.

We talk about India is not improving, India is that this,

But when it comes to exercising our right, we never look ourselves

It is very Hard that the HR Person who needs to adhere & set an Example for other employees is asking whether we need to Give Holiday or Not.

The other person Says No Holiday.

U will ask voting will happen in minutes time, why we need to give holiday.

Will u ask the Same question if u r in US, Europe or any other Country.

I can recall what APJ told about our own Indians when they are abroad & when they are in India.

Please go as per rules of the Soil wherever you are.

Create an Awareness Make them Exercise their Right.

Create Better India & make it a Best Place for our Generation….

Let us Wake UP

Guys Guys Guys!
lets not fight on this.
Government bodies- compulsary off during the election day (paid )
Private sector- Companies discretion;
some company give paid off, some gives half day/1st session off & the employee can vote and come back to work, some gives off and ask to compensate it by working on Saturday.
*I strongly believe irrespective of wether its a holiday/ 2 hr permission opr working day- every one should vote and help the nation with the right deserving candidates.
