Hi all,
The employment clause in my organization says that unconfirmed employees should give 1 month's notice or salary and confirmed employees should give 2 months notice or salary.
Plz tell if there is any law about the ideal notice period.

dear gunjan
there is no such law regarding notice period but u have to follow certified standing orders of company .if certified standing orders are not there than follow the clause of standing orders .in different companies notice period varies from 1 to 3 months from both sides.
