Kindly let me know the following
1. We have arranged one Training Program for our employees at the time I gave feedback form to all of them they filled and submitted to me.
2. Now I have to submit Training feed back report to my senior person so any body can let me know how will I make a report form & how will I do analysis.

i dont know if it is too let to reply u
but u shud have replied to ur self what u have done there after
I think report consisted of two types depending on ur questionaire
1) qualitative
2) quantitative
if u had given rating scale from 1 to 5 than u can calc how many respondents have rated high & ;low in percentage
u can use analysis through any way and make pie chart
showing +ve or -ve response

u can list on responses which where in descriptive form by making summary of those responses.
