I received a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from my previous company, which advised me not to join any competitor company. However, I ended up obtaining a job at the same competitor company. Now, if this new company applies for a visa and uses my NOC letter, is it possible that my old company will receive any confirmation from the visa office? For instance, if someone uses an NOC letter from a company and then goes on to work for a specific company. Or is the NOC paper simply a formality along with the visa papers? I would appreciate it if you could provide me with information on this matter. It has been three months since my previous visa was canceled.

Dear Friend,
My advice to you would be:
1. Don't disclose your current company name to your previous organization.
2. Tell your PRO to apply for new labour approval, not to process your release application.
3. While applying for an Employment Visa, ensure that your designation is different from the previous one. It will not be a problem.
