Can any one help me to have a notice period letter format regards Nithiya.R

Hi Nithiya,
I don't think that notice period format is required to give it to the employe who is serving the notice period.
for this, ckeck the appointment letter, there must be a clause written regardig the notice perid. Ifnot please make an amendment in appointment letter and add a clause regarding the notice period.

Explanation. —For the purposes of this clause, the expression “infrastructural support services” includes providing office along with office utilities, lounge, and reception with competent personnel to handle messages, secretarial services, Internet and telecom facilities, pantry and security.

Please review the attach notice pay certificate if its usful to use generally releaving employee as it because he/she want to claim the same from the new employee and another option is that you can have the notice pay deduction in full & final.
