Now I am working with another company in North India. Issue is that the first employer is not ready to sign the PF Widrawal Form 19.
Pls suggest me what should I do, 1.can it be transferred to present account, if yes, how ?

Hi,
My husband had a similar kind of issue but he had got his Full & Final setlement & after that the company said that he had some dues to be paid to the company & they will not sign his PF unless that amt was paid. We directly approached the PF office and got the amount as he had his F& F settlemnt letter. The company has no rights to hold the PF amount for any reason. You can approach the PF office if you have the letter of your full & final settlement letter copy with you.
Thanks,
Priya

Hi All,
I'd submitted my resignation letter via mail as they have not accepted my hard copy. I left last organization in Sept 2007, which is based on Kerla. I'm in Maharastra. I do not have " letter of acceptance" or "Full & final settlement letter".
which procedure I should follow to claim my PF ? I have only PF nos in my hand.
Reply soon.

Hi,
Thanks for quick reply.
I've only doubts on this.
1) Reason for leaving : Resign for better opportunity ( Is it ok ?)
2) Where should I take stamp from Bank manager as there is no such separate column, Can I take just below the free space of bank details column ?
3) Bank should be Nationalized bank ? Is it compulsory ?
Please clear my these doubts.
