Good work from you. But some of the key points are missing, and in the case of professional tax slab, there is a change. As per the Karnataka Gov., the present slab is ₹4999-7999 (Rs 60), ₹7999-9999 (Rs 100), ₹9999-14999 (Rs 150), and ₹14999 and above (Rs 200). Even if an employee earns ₹50000, the PT will be ₹200 only. :-D

Even when an employee completes 4.6 months of continuous service in the same organization, they are entitled to receive gratuity. In the case of maternity benefits, an employee has to work continuously for 80 days, including holidays and leave. She has to inform the management regarding the maternity leave. :confused:

Bonus minimum is 8.33%, and the maximum is 20%. These are the things which I have observed.
