My organisation (IT - MNC) is wanting to expand to china.
I'm looking for some list of HR Statutory Compliances list for China.
aslo if anyone has list of Labour Agencies in China, that will be of great help.

Hi,
China has the most complex statutory structure!!! The best agency is FESCO, which is owned by Government. A bit expensive, but all compliances taken care of!!!

Hi Yash,
The statutory compliances are different for different provinces. I can give you for Shanghai:
1. Social Insurance and Housing fund (Shanghai Domicile City Insurance) includes:
Pension Insurance (childbirth insurance included)
Unemployment Insurance
Mandatory Medical Insurance
Occupational Injury Insurance
Housing Fund
Rate is 62% of base for the total insurances mentioned above (includes both employer and employee contribution!!!) :shock:
