Dear Seniors.,
I m working as a HR Executive with a software company with a strength of 50 +.
I have been assigned a task to formulate a training policy ., which should include Induction (For New Joinees), Basic technical Training (Junior Engg) and Advanced Training( For Senior Engg) ..
I am a fresher in this field and somehow managed to draft one.., but I myself, am not satisfied with it .., so are the Mgt. They want me to elaborate the training policy ie explain in detail the roles, defination., etc.. I am totally confused.
Please go thru the enclosed attachment & let me know what all has to be added or modified. If anyone can provide me a good training policy..I'll be very grateful.
