Dear Vidhya,
I would like to suggest some thing. You can ask your all employees to decorate the office in the way they like according to their religion.
Due to which you will have a great impact of unity in company. and they will also enjoy the celebration.

I think you should ask all employees for their suggestions & views towards this celebration. This should give you lots of ideas & will surely make your employees happy…. By being a part of any welfare decision.

We at our organization, do the following things one day before diwali:
- decorate office with flowers, rangoli, ribbons.
- arrangement for panditji and puja at around 11 am.
- grand lunch at around 1:30 pm
- distribution of gifts, sweets etc
- around 4 pm office closes as most of the employees have to go out of station to celebrate the festival with their family members.
