I am working in a software company in kerala consisting of 23 team members. We have planned to celebrate our Annual day.
So i want help from u guys to guide me in arranging the function very effectively and also what are the things which need to b included in an Annual celebration......Pls advice......

You can organize games like Tambola,Treasure Hunt,Singing competitions and duely reward the best team/performer.You can have the management address the gathering about the acheivements of the year,The vision and mission etc,reward the preformers in different areas.
You can also order a cake and have it cut by the newest member in the team.
These are some ideas that have come to my mind.Do let me know if this works.
