LETTER OF TERMINATION
This letter of termination was issued to terminate MR.Apparao under the desciplinary reasons after giving him 3 show casue notices for his rude and uncultured behaviour with his co-employees.
The intensified level of his intentional behaviour in means of using rude and vulgar language{, and being accused of causing sexual harrasement in the organisation on female co-employees}, and above all his irresponsiveness about the given task can not be ignored by the management. The management observed no change in his behaviour inspite of getting warned many times orally, and by giving show cuase notices.
Hence, the management hereby issuing the order of termination to the above said employee which will come in to effect immediately.
The final settlement of the above said employee can be done at the time of signing of this letter.
