Hi dhanya I dont have any idea of ER scheme in IT company but i can share you the ER scheme of an reputate FMCG company im associate with. 1. on the occassion of the vacnacy the requirment is posted on the company's own portal which automatically vissiable to all existing employeees by their HRIS login ID 2. If they have any suitable candidates in their knowledge they can post their CVs 3. Now we the HR people got the Cv instantly they post it, and if the candidate got selected by the normal selection procedure the employee referred him/her inform about his/her selection. 4. after his probation period if he/she got confirmed the employee got rewarded Today most of the company follow this scheme as it is cost effective, and very useful to employee engagement.
