hi,
i am new with this community and an accidental entry into the HR field :D , neways i need a format for rejection letter (which shouldnt exactly say that the person is rejected). and also a survey (to be filled by Applicant) to evaluate the entire interview process (interviewees experience) . Since i am an operations guy I think differently from HR minds so I am not counting too much as these things may not be followed in regular companies, however any help would be really really appreciated.
Thnx

Hi Raja,
thaks a ton for your prompt reply. Actually the idea of this letter is to retain the person , even if he is rejected today, for any future requierments. so we just dont want to say no at any point of time.
Any thing in that regard?
Thnx
Mayank
