I have to develop a KRA for my team. They are Sr. Executives. We are a team of people who train the service delivery department of an insurance company. We develop content & also conduct trainings.
Please help.

Consider the deliverables in terms of Quality, Cost, Time, Service.

KRAs could read something like this:

1. Develop training module content in the area of .............. by September 2008.
2. Conduct Training of 5 batches of ............ by 30th October 2008.
3. Identify causes of delays in conducting training and reduce it by 10%
4. The feedback from participants on Program A to be improved from 65% Very Good rating to 75% very good rating.
5. Feedback on Effectiveness of training conducted 2 months ago to be take from superiors of the participants to understand usefulness and improvement areas. [ feedback to be taken for at least 25% critical/important programs by 30th Novemebr. Analyse the feedback and develop improvement KRA for next quarter.
6. Prepare method for calculating cost of training by 30th November. Take KRA to reduce this by 5% by the end of next quarter.
7. Take training in the areas of a)............. and b) to upgrade the latest developments in these areas by Dec'08 [ This is a self development KRA] It may include subject knowledge, communication skills, computer skills,
