Dear All, We are manufacturers of conveyor. In our company total labour qty is 48 nos.On cotract thers is 30 labour and remaining on our company roll. I had maintened personal file for company roll labour, but for contract labour is it necessary to maintain personal file ? If YES please tell me which documents i have to store in that file. hi friend As per Contract Labour (Rergulation and Abolation )Act 1970, The prinicipal emoployer shall maintain registers of Contractors .Every the Contractor shall maintain in respect of each registered eestablishment where he employs contract labour a register in form XIII. with regards Vijay 9908419360

•Engaging 20 or more than 20 workers and on deposit of required fee in Form IV. •Valid for specified period. Registers of Contractors
•Principal employer •To maintain a register of contractor in respect of every establishment in Form XII. •Contractor •To maintain register of workers for each registered establishment in Form XIII. •To issue an employment card to each worker in Form XIV. •To issue service certificate to every workman on his termination in Form XV. Muster Roll, Wages Register, Deduction Register and Overtime Register by Contractor
