1) Under ESIC Act
Form-5, Form-6, Accident register.
2) Under EPF Act
Form-5 , Form-10, Form-3A, Form-6A, Form-12A
3) Under Factories Act.
Time cards, Muster-roll, Leave with wages register, Leave book of individual employee, Register of Accident, Register of Fines, Register of advances, Register of deduction.
All this records are maintained with specific instant of time Like Monthly, Quarterly & Annualy.
