PGDBA (HR) and PGDHRM are not same courses. The first one give more thrust on HR related Business administration ( application aspects) while the second one gives importance to HRM concepts and applications in Organisations. The topics may be same but applications of these topics would differ in different situations.
This is like asking a question to an Engineering aspirant, whether you like computer science or IT? Both require computer applications, but are entirely different, when application is concerned.
I would suggest that if you like to be an HR Manager, then go for PGDHRM which takes care of wholistic approaches in HR Management. Symbiosis gurus should have guided you well in this.
