hello pramod,
i couldnot get the article which you have specified. then when we talk about 360 degree performance appraisal. i am 100% sure that there will be counting no. of company in IT/ITES which would have implemented this function. i have done a project looking for what change has occured in the performance management system. in that we looked in good mnc's of india. were they are doign just normal performance management system only. just only on company we saw they have introduced 360 degree performance management to their top people of the company. other all company are not in postion to get in to this process of 360 degree itself.
this is the actual state which i have seen

but i wanted to know that is it must that a project should be based on live case studies of the company on the project topic?
eg: 360 degree appraisal in wipro.
or i can prepare the project in general terms like giving detailed information about the topic apart from mentioning the specific company.
Plz help me for the above query asap.
