As my company's employee strength has grown from 200 to 750 employees with various new designations, can anyone please provide me with a sample grade and salary chart? I need to review and introduce a new grading structure. This will make it easier for me to implement the changes in my company. I kindly request all of you, especially those from the Dubai real estate field, to send me a sample grading structure with designations and salaries. This will help me in creating a better one based on the provided information.
