Hello,
I made stupid mistake of my life in search of better package, I falsified my experience and submitted forged document to new company. I didn't knew the concept of background verification and one month after HR asked me some tough questions and I honestly accepted it then pleaded lot to keep my job but they gave me termination letter. All happened in less than 60 days.
Now my question is simple what is my future? Can I just search another job and do tell them that this is the mistake I made or just hide that thing ?
Thanks

Do not disheartened. Start your career from where you have started your above career. Always present true picture. Pls note in life, nobody even wife becomes partner in your wrong deeds though all will share your goodwill.
Hence, stand and restart your career ab-initio.
Thanks

Hi,
Many candidates in the absence of proper professional guidance make these mistakes in their career. Good thing is that you realize and accept your mistake.
Now coming to the solutions:
1. Prepare a new CV with correct information and start applying for a new job
2. Since you have hardly spent a couple of months, the gap in employment will not require a strict justification
3. Promise yourself that you will never repeat this mistake in your career
Hoping that this would help

Dear Anonymous,
I am happy that you have realized your mistake, which is the greatest quality of a simple person.Everybody makes mistake but realizing the same and take a vow not to repeat or make mistake in future goes a long way.I like the suggestions given by Sh V K Gupta and Sh Sandeep that you start your career afresh. You may forget the service period of two months, which is not a long period which may affect your future prospectus. Always remember that the Honesty pays off in the long run.
We all members of Cite HR wish you a good luck and all the best for your future endeavors.
