hi, i just wanted to ask if it is legal for the employer not to issue a Certificate of Employment to those teachers like me who just resigned at the middle of the school year. The President asked me if I wanted to resign and I said yes then she told me to write a resignation letter effective 5 days after I hand it to the Head of the Office. Then again the President said, if you resign now, you will not get certificate of employment. Is it right, I think I even made a formal resignation. Do I deserve this??
