Dear All, Can anyone help me with the below query?
If the Employee is deputed (Client Place) in Tamil Nadu and he needs ESIC benefits and his ESIC code registration office will in Bangalore so how can he take benefits does he need to submit any form or documents to the respective hospital. Pls, suggest me.

Hi,
Allocation of ESIC dispensary is based on current residence situation of employee.
As you mentioned, employee is posted in Tamil Nadu. In such situation, his current local address would be of Tamil nadu.
So you can allocate him any ESIC dispensary near to his residence. There is no other document require to avail benefit except E-pechan card.

I agree with your words but still, I have doubt that when the associate is claiming the amount in the dispensary the person is insisting that your IP registration is in Karnataka then how come you are claiming here. in this case from the Employer side, we have to submit any document.

Dear Bharat,
Dispensary can be in other state but local office of ESIC must somewhere near to your registered office (in your case it is Bangalore). Employee can take treatment outside the state but he has to submit his claim only in local office along with ESIC dispensary treatment records.
