If you go for SAP you would be more into technical HR. There are many institutes in Pune offering SAP courses, fees ranging from Rs. 15k to 1Lac. but this would not be a full proof enhancement of career.
As you already have 3 years of exp, you can look for some different career path in your current organization.

Well as i said earlier, u have good exp in HR. So its really not required for any course as such, U can check out if u need to learn abut any ERP for Payroll (if u are not handling it in current company).
