Hello Aditya,
In current organizations allowing their employees to do work from home, but some of the organizations still not ready to accept the concept of work from home, due to this corona pandemic recruitment industry get to know about virtual interviews, work from home, freelancing job, etc at a wider level.
I believe after the corona situation, we can get ease in the hiring process, and we might see a culture of flexibility in the working environment. Folks are looking for a job, but there are fewer jobs available in the market. The tie-ups with recruitment vendor partners are also ended, HRs are recruiting candidates on their own.
I hope the situation would be better soon and I believe I have provided you desired information, I requested other learned members and seniors here, they can put their valuable thought also to keep this thread more informative.
Thanks
