We are in garment factory located in Tirupur and it has head office at Chennai, it has the PF/ESIC registration for the head office not for branch. The salary for the Tirupur staff are on the head office account and deduction like PF/ESIC are made on that only, whether we need to register for the branch separately at PF/ESIC.

For PF the same code will work. Are payrolls of both processes separately? In such case you have to fill data on your PF account. For ESI you may obtain sub-code.

Plz give me information about which file (XLS or otherwise) to be uploaded for depositing ESI & PF contribution monthly in which all employees details provided. On which basis employees can get contribution in their account. Plz answer as soon as possible..
