I have a question. Please give me a clear answer: I was working in XXX. I have 12 months of experience, and I resigned there and served the full notice period now. After that, I joined YYY for a month only and left it immediately. I joined another MNC and showed the experience letter of The XXX, and now they will do BGV there.
Now my question is are there will be any issue in BGV because of YYY, or will they know about YYY

Hi,
During BGV process it may get revealed. it depends on the BGV process. Some companies do verification of past employment and salary only. So we can't predict. Be prepared with convincing answers in case of any questions from current employer regarding YYY employment.

Most companies take serious view of incomplete CV
Specially, where you left without notice after a month, they take it as a major negative.
How this particular company will respond, I do not know.
It may be a good idea for you to reach out to HR and explain that you worked there for a month and left, so you didnt put it in your employment history because the experience was irrelevant. You better have a good story for leaving after a month
