Hi, It Depends on the company policy to distribute the amount in diffrent heads. If we still dont have any policy can go throug the past records. Thanks, Rahul Sethi

You can distribute the Annual increment among Basic, DA, HRA and other allowances if any. You can add approx 25% of increment in Basic and remaining 75% may be distributed among DA, HR & other allowances. If you provide me your company salary structure, I will be able to suggest the distribution ratio.

hi Normally the word increment relates to Basic If there is increase in other allowances, we refer to that as revision If you talk about increment. add it to basic Siva
