I have just been hired as a training supervisor on an IT company that is developing a program (operating system) for the Governement in Mozambique.
I need to set my goal, objectives and responsibilities as a training supervisor.

Goals for training supervisor
1. Release of Training calendar on time
2. Competency mapping and increase skill level of employee (Nos per annum)
3. No of Training hours/Emp/Annum
4. 100 % complaince to Induction program
5. Develop In house trainers
6. Training cost per employee
7. Training evaluation
8. Trainer Evaluation
