Hi, I started working with my relatives company since 2018. The company is not registered. Since there are only 15 employees we also do not have PF or TDS. No one's salary is more than 15k. The salary will be credited from my Uncle's personal bank account with no deductions (same for all employees). The company's profit also is much less (sometimes loss), that's why my uncle never registered the company.
Now I am searching for a new job and Is it ok to add this company's experience ? I have offer letter and payslips (without PF) from this company. But no form 16 or pf etc.
