I have started a pvt ltd company one year back....Is a new organisation exempted from meeting PF compliance for three years...Is this true?

No that's wrong statement. If your organisation reaches 20 employees then its mandatory for EPF enrollment. Even if the total employee strength is less than 20 you can go for Voluntary Enrollment.
