Dear Vivek :
You cannot have the cake and eat it too. What I mean is that if your friend is sure that fake experiences have been posted then let him reveal the fact and cannot avoid getting bad name from a few especially from the affected.
But think of the good positive recoginition your friend will get from the Mgmt.
Well, your friend can write to the company at Hyd and get a reply stating the fact that the person in question was not experienced in the same co.
With this reply, you move the coins with the Mgmt.
Donot be sentimental reg your duties and responsibilities.

Vivek,

This person got his enlightenment a bit too late. Even you should be careful of what you post...he may not like it if he finds out you posted the name of the company and location.

If he reveals to his management about his fake experiece, he may be sued. Organizations are neither God nor parents to forgive. They want dependable employees of high integrity. He may be removed from the company to say the least.

I'm not advocating that he continue with his fake experience. Even senior people have perished at certain times in their careers for faking educational qualifications or experience or both.

If this person is shown the way out of his current organization, he can still build his career by truly gaining some experience, without having to fake any. Getting another job in this domain isn't difficult for the right candidate.

So its ultimately his choice. Conscience or current job. If he chooses the former, then he builds a new, true career. If he chooses the latter, then he may have to live with the fake experience throughout his life. And one day it might just be found out, leading to disgrace.

Hope this helps.

Hi All,
Thanks for the suggestion, my main intention to post about company is to make alert to the current and previous company.
I believe that probably the concerned HR reads this article will take necessary action against the candidate(Mr.Phanindra Kumar).
My friend is ready to go the managment about taking the issue, but with out proof nobody believes, only reference check will help out. but if whether the company (new dimension) is giving the support to the candidate and may give false information.
The candidate(Mr.Phanindra) is working in a big company- bangalore.
I am revealing the facts so that atleast the Concerned HR will read this.
This facts is not to target anyone, it is purely to help the managment to do necessary verification about the candidate.
Thanks
Vivek.

Dear Vivek,
From your second post, I presume that your friend is not in the HR team of his company. Rather, he is working alongside the new colleague of his.
If my presumption is true, ask your friend to approach the HR team and suggest to them to have a thorough background check conducted on his colleague since he (your friend) got information from his colleague that he has put in fake experience to get the job in the said "big company". Let him not worry so much about him getting the brickbats from this colleague of his since he would be doing a help to the company in revealing the black sheep.
Keep us informed of the update since we would know what action is being taken in such instances might help others in formulating an action plan to weed out such "fake" candidates.

There is one more way ...here he wont have his name being spoiled or brought to light and also he will bring the matter in eyes of management , he can email about this issue to the management by using a dummy email id..with out giving more details about himself...
he has already spoken to management then it is fine.if he is comfortable with that

Hi All,
AS :- I too agree with you about sending all the details to the managment through mail, but if the managment traces out who actually send the mail?
then it would be problem for my friend.
please give your views.
Thanks
Vivek.

you can send mail using a dummy id which will never reveal anything also it is not necessary he has to send from office..he can also send from cyber cafe..that way..
