Dear All,
I would like to file a complaint against my employer in labour court of Hyderabad, regarding the injustice done to me with regards to full and final settlement, post resignation of my employment with this company. I was asked to forcefully resign from my duties and now I have been denied the settlement which was offered in my appointment letter. I would request al the seniors to assist me in this regards.

Dear Sumeet,
It appears that separation from your company had negative connotation. Therefore, before providing any suggestions, it is important for us to know the complete details. Please confirm what happened that led to your forceful exit from the company.
Forceful resignation apart, it is important to know whether you had obtained clearance from all the departments. Are there any dues outstanding against you? Did you approach HR for your FFS? What is their take on disbursement of outstanding amount? How many days of amount is outstanding with the company?
What are the terms of employment? What is the notice period?
Please provide complete information. Approaching labour lawyer is easy. However, civil cases drag on for the years. Secondly, it is important to assess the worthiness of litigation as well. Hence the above questions.
Thanks,
