As i am a new member of this page so didnt knew from where to start.
Bt by seeing the pages i came to know that any of my queries can be answered.
so here is my first query now a days and that is about the internship..
I m pursuing MBA from delhi and its going to be the end of my 1st yr and here comes the question from where to do the SIP??
I will b doing my specialisation in HR & FINANCE and planned to do my SIP in HR..
I m still not sure about how the process starts in SIP or which company will be good for doing SIP. I hav heard from many of my seniors that mostly companies don't teach anything in internship. Its a type of a formality for them, but i want to go in that company where i should get smething to learn..
so can any one suggest me about the companies and the work process in SIP..
plssss it would be a great help for me..

Firstly i welcome you on the Cite HR.
Now about the SIP,
firstly you need a request letter from your college on the behalf of you and then you can search some good companies as per your thinking . And then with the request letter, you can approach the HR division or admin or training Division of that company.
If any company confirmed the same, they will share a offer letter with you and you can proceed further in SIP.
And about the learning , this totally depend on the one to one.
I learned a lot of things in SIP at HMT.
