Industrial Relations, is a same subject everywhere. I emphasises on fair labour practices. It is not restricted to Labour Law. The law stipulate the bare minimum requisites and does not grant any exemptions.
See that your employees are fairly treated. In my view, the labour law are only a guide line and should not be restricted to it. Give your employees what ever is fair enough, in cash, kind or anything. realise their labour, they will surely give back much in return. 2+2 <> 4, it may be 3 or 5 or even more in case of managing people.
