Sir, I have been terminated with the notice of termination in two months in advance (without any reasonable cause) which as per the contract is right.
No written reason was given. I just want to know that how can I get a stay on my termination letter. I also want to send a legal notice to the school to State the reason of termination in writing.

Are you on your Probationary period? In any case you need to know reason for termination and you are entitled to it. You were thus employed in a school?

If you fall under the category of "workman" under the Industrial Disputes Act, then the employer cannot not directly terminate your services. If you want to send legal notice to the employer, you can contact me :-

Firstly try to talk to the school administration, it might be possible by doing so your problem can be solved. And one more thing employer cannot directly termite you if you fall under the category of "workman" (under Industrial Disputes Act).
