By when do you think these clarity will be available.
Especially the Creche part as it would really be cost injustice if company has to provide for free Creche facility to the employees.

Can anyone guide on the latest amendment of Maternity Act Provision for Creche.
In a scenario- where organization is not able to set-up a creche facility in the office facility:
if the organization makes a tie-up with a creche facility, who bears the cost of the creche facility and if the organization has to pay-up for the creche facility, up-to how many months would the organization have to support the creche for an individual woman Employee's child?
