I am currently working in a reputed Manufacturing Firm in India. We are in the process of Evaluating a Job Site as a potential source for advertising our current requirements. I would like to know which job site is best suited for this purpose. Informally we have been told that "Naukri" is the best job site for sourcing resumes.

Hi harsha,
Even I'll recommend Naukri, I think so because it has number of options for different kinds of search, different criterias in terms of experience, ctc, age, location etc. and moreover you will find more number of resumes in naukri.

Thank you Deepali and Anthony,
Your info would be useful to me.
And, if by chance is anyone using "MonsterIndia"; specifically in a Manufacturing setup, would like to get some feedback regarding it.

Hi harsha, well , I have worked on monster.com also but truly the resumes were hardly relevant and i’ll give 70 to naukri and 30 to timesjob for a manufacturing concern..... dips

Thanks Deeps,
I actually agree with you.
In fact when have planned to take Naukri and so far their service and utility on trial period has been good.
However, their effectiveness in sourcing Senior Positions is yet to be seen. I think in case of Senior Positions only Head Hunters and Consultants are of use.

Harsha
