My supervisor is a toxic person. Its been 6 month and I lost all my confidence because of this. I am looking for job change but due to lack of confidence couldn't pass the interview. Can anyone suggest me how to deal with this situation? While appearing in interview how to convince that I want to leave my job just because of the skills without being a badmouth?
