Dear all, Please let me know if there is any information/ website pertaining to minimum salary that can be offered to a fresher. I have checked the Telangana minimum wages, but it appears to be for unskilled.

The minimum wage is applicable for the class category. Not on the eligibility and in your case he has graduated from the bachelor's degree. And whatever he does he needs some special skills. That's why he comes in a skilled category. And you pay the minimum wages according to your state.
