This is Sanjeeb working as Head-T&D. Enagagements, to start with, are required to be divided in four segment - fun, collaborate, sharing & connect. Activities in these segemnt can be like:
Fun : 1.Movie Ticket to be given away every Saturday(lucky Draw)
2.Announce Lucky color of the day once a week, all people dressed in that get a chance to participate in lucky dra na win prizes
Sharing :1.Put pics of employees who are blessed with baby

first of all thanks for answering Charu Query, because my query is all same.
But the Example you quoted for to calculate Mandays & Manhours is still not clear to me ?
the way you have explained. if i would be also calculating same way the answer would always be static .i.e 8 mandays so please clear & suggest on below mention example:
Total Manpower :1567,
Total Training per month : 14 (Technical & Non Technical)
Total no. of days spend : 39 (5 trg for 3 days, 5 trg for 2 days & 4 trg for 4 days)
Total trained participants : 270 (5 trg for 150 days, 5 trg for 60 days & 4 trg for 60)
days)
Now what will will be Mandays & Manhours for this example
