I have a small request - Our company is plannning to have a weekly report system for all HR Personnels to track their activity and evaluate them for their productivity.
Can anyone please recommend any standard format (Report)we can follow.Please help ...Its kind of urgent guys ......

i agree with what S has said, unless we have an idea on the nature of the business we wont be able to make any suggestions.
furthermore there is no such perfect reporting format or systems so you can develop your reporting systems. this is where you will have to use your conceptual ability to develop new system for roprting.

Althogh Orgainization is quite old but they dont have proper systems for the same.
