I have imported equipments from US which I use for Team Building activities. One Basketball court is enough for the activities... I did it recently in a hotel in Chikodi, North Karnataka for employees of Gamesa Wind Turbines, Chikodi. We had a similar meeting arranged for our employees a few months back.The location was Ashirwad Hall on St marks road,they have clean and spacious conference rooms for all sizes of groups.It is reasonable as well and in the heart of the city.
