I m in a company which deals with electrical assistance to MNCs -
Could anyone help me with ideas on motivating employees who are working on sites in MNCs,during these times especially when the general morale of most is at an all time low.
The designations are :- Electrician, Site supervisor, AC technician etc.
All ideas welcome

Dear Ashok,
You wanted to elevate the motivation level of a certain section of employees. But then why is their motivation level low? This you have not written. Managers play a vital role in maintaining the motivation level of subordinates. A manager should be a role model. His/her behavior counts a lot.
