HI All , Please guide me how do I change the gender of IP in the ESI portal , its possible from my end , if not how can I do it from any other source. Please do respond.

Follow this procedure to update the IP Detail
1. Login to ESIC portal.
2. Click on the Update IP Details link.
3. Type the employer code in the Employer Code field.
4. Type the insurance number in the Insurance Number field.
5. Click on the view button. The IP details appears.
6. Click on the Select button.
7. Click on the view button. The declaration form appears.
8. Change the Gender.
9. Select the check box of I accept the terms and conditions.
10. Click on the Update button.

It may be deactivated as the ESIC Branch office might have locked it for verification.
You need to contact your local ESIC Branch office & speak to ESIC Manager to unlock the same so that necessary changes can be made
