If you have noticed any errors, please contact your ESI Local Office in writing, providing them with the correct information in comparison to the wrong information. To link the Aadhaar of self and family members, visit the local ESIC office with E-Pahchan and Aadhaar cards of all members. The staff at the office will assist in rectifying any errors according to the Aadhaar data after biometric verification.
